We stayed 2 nights in “Two Bedroom Apartment” Two rooms share a living room. The living room is in the area of one of the rooms, both rooms have kitchen and shower room. There is no exhaust fan in Shower room. Even when I put Do Not Disturb sign on, someone still came in to clean it. This was the worst thing here.. The living room was a very comfortable area, I like to stay on couch

In general we were very happy with the hotel , rooms - accommodation itself and for sure we will be back there soon however for travellers who are arriving outside of working hours - few words. I did the booking mid of January so hotel had enough time to contact me and sort out arrival formalities. Unfortunately it did not happen. Instead we were asked to fill out the CC form and authorise hotel to book deposit when we were transiting Kuala airport without access to printer and scanner. To simplify process I was asked to provide my card details via email (fair enough). Surprisingly it turned out not possible as they needed physical card which obviously was not possible. If not my niece who lives there and went there to pay 100 aud for us - we would not be able to get into already paid room! She was waiting us till 3.40 am and gave us a key as night locker box was broken. As for 4 stars hotel I would expect better service. She was also informed week before our arrival that even we had another reservation for following days we will not be requested to change the room. Reality was different - after 5 hours of sleep we had to leave the room. I am aware we had a different room booked and I would be fine with that - what I don’t understand is to say something different up front and act differently. So again in summary great hotel, perfect location , room has everything what is needed, it is even possible to do laundry there. However customer arrival process in my opinion should improve. I can't stress how lucky were to have family here or we would have spent the night on the streets!!
